Bruno Fernandes gives verdict on Erik ten Hag uncertainty as Man Utd consider axe
Bruno Fernandes insists that Manchester United players are paying no mind to speculation around Erik ten Hag's future. The Dutchman could be axed at the end of the season even if he leads his side to an FA Cup win over Manchester City next month.

They crashed out of the Champions League with a whimper in December and now face a fight to qualify for any form of European competition in 2024/25.
Things almost went from bad to worse during Sunday's FA Cup semi-final against Championship side Coventry City, who fought back from 3-0 down to force extra-time and penalties. United won the shootout to set up a blockbuster final against Man City, but many feel as though the damage has now been done thanks to another troubling performance.

We have to focus on everything we have [left] this season because we still have chances to get into the European positions in the league.
"We have to finish as high as possible, that's the main thing. Then we have an FA Cup final to play. So no one has to be worried because it's not our job to be worried with these things that come from the outside or from the inside or whatever.
"We have the owners who take care of that, we have the directors and then [for us] players it's about performing on the pitch and giving our best."

I would imagine that is probably the most embarrassed dressing room of a team that has just won a big game."
