BLACKPINK's Jennie and Gentle Monster Debut New Collaboration

BLACKPINK's Jennie took to Instagram to reveal her latest collaborative effort with South Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster. Continuing their partnership, the K-pop star debuts a set of sunglasses and everyday glasses in a series of unboxing videos.

In a branded pink box labeled "Jentle Salon," Jennie reveals a unicorn doll decorated in charms that appear to be accessories for the eyewear pieces. The box revales four pairs of sunglasses and one pair of reading glasses, paired with a selection of pendants and a comb. Some of the charms include a capybara, an animal that has long been considered the artist's favorite animal as well as bows and pearls.

The collection exudes Jennie, taking on the artist's aesthetic. In the past, Jennie has collaborated with Gentle Monster to present her "Jentle Home" collection, which was inspired by her childhood memories. Taking on a nostalgic fantasy world filled with teddy bears and dollhouses, the upcoming collection appears to arrive in similar fashion.
