(“Harvest”) is pleased to announce the completion of the initial offering of Class A Units of the Harvest Balanced Income & Growth ETF, Class A Units of the Harvest Balanced Income & Growth Enhanced ETF and Class A Units of the Harvest Industrial Leaders Income ETF pursuant to a prospectus dated April 4, 2024, filed with the securities regulatory authorities in all of the Canadian provinces and territories.
