BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty snaps at Charlie Stayt after 'patronising' dig

Naga Munchetty took a swipe at her co-star Charlie Stayt after the presenter said he felt he was being patronised.

The BBC Breakfast duo were on the red sofa where they chatted to their colleague Ben via video link, who was in a garden centre, and opted to quiz the presenters on their plant knowledge. But things quickly went south as Charlie appeared to get most of the questions wrong.

"I'm in my shopping trolley and want to test your knowledge on the indoor and outdoor plants," Ben explained. "We are playing garden in or garden out."

He continued: "Charlie why don't you start us off."

The presenter pointed to a yellow plant called a Codiaeum and the BBC presenter incorrectly guessed it was an outdoor plant.
