GMB: Barnes discusses review into NHS transgender treatment

Good Morning Britain viewers slammed presenter Kate Garraway for contstantly interrupting a guest as they discussed the Cass Report. Hannah Barnes appered on the show to explain with the report meant for children and teens who wish to transition.

However it was Kate's constant interjecting which caught the attention of fans an they took to X, formerly known as Twitter to plead with her to let Hannah speak.

@Silvercrowuk funed: "@kategarraway why are you constantly interrupting this woman’s speaking? You’re cutting her off constantly!"

@ElleB2022 siad: "Kate Garraway needs to stop interrupting and thinking we're not following what this guest is talking about, I just want to listen to this item on gender issues. It's annoying!! Ian Balls isn't much better. #gmb." (sic)

@RumouredRebecca also noticed the interrupstions writing: "Well, at least #gmb has the cojones to cover the cass report. Although Kate keeps butting in and won't let Hannah finish.."

Meanwhile others took umbrage at the fact that there was no one invited on to counter the discussion.

@ChampagneAng pointedout: "Surely they should have a trans person in this debate!! #gmb."

@stewartkillala asked: "Hey #gmb where are the medical experts in your piece on the new NHS Trans guidance review?"

Elsewhere @andrew_b72 chimed in : "Why do you seem so reluctant to have trans representation on but freely allows gender critical people on unchallenged? Hannah always talks about numbers of referrals but not actual numbers who were treated...why is that? Oh yeah the numbers are very low."
